    I have lost 5.5 kgs in one an a half month believe me plz don't go with a quick solution give your body some time I literally started eating ghr ka Khana and literally u will see results baqi sb hmary bahany hoty hain nothing else and I do pace walk shuru mein on first day I walked 1500 steps and I felt tired but now after 45 days I can walk now 4000 steps now I can feel my body is responding and I use to check my weight after 15 days aur aik din AP cheat kren shuru mein 15 days baad phir AP bahir sy kha skty hain but Thora thora kha lain carbs k ilawa jaisy Tika kha lia ya seekh kabab kha lia without naan or roti with it aur AP kr skty hain slowly and gradually koshish kren ho ga and always think and focus on your goal I am on my journey u can start right now😊 ab Mera 9 KGS loose ho gya

      enlight band ...I can relate with you... Because when I started losing weight with homemade food 😔 but after when I loss weight I stop walking you know weight loss is important but what is more important to maintain it and when you complete your weight loss journey then just be consistent with your walk and lastly eat fast food ones a week this help you to maintain your weight and plus walking and some sort of exercises are important for all of us not for me and you .for everyone to achieve that healthy life style ❤

Also, bravo for being honest about the negative aspects. Yes, maintaining a healthy body is vital, but motivation must come from positive reinforcement.     I never had coach but fittr is alsp educated me alot about fitness..i lost extra fat after 1 st pregnqncy now after 2nd pregnancy also i am doing it ...and on the journey ...i owe to fittr ❤...21 kg after 1st pregnancy and again i gained 25 kg during 2nd .. .8.3 kg more to go to be at pre pregnancy level

      I do have a little loose skin on my abs..other than that there’s not much of loose skin because I followed quantified diet and also did weight training along with it..Also I took my time losing the excess weight and lost it in the most healthy way possible…Hope that answers your question..

      I took 1.5 years for the fat loss process and then our goals changed..Currently on a surplus diet and trying to put on muscle mass..Average weight loss per month was around 4 kgs…But during the later stage fat loss didnt happen at this pace…

    I am 5'4 77kgs wt. Weight is not going down. I have hypothyroidism. I eat pretty clean. Still trying, still doing gym. I know ki weight bhale Kam na ho it is benefiting me I know.
    I was 82 kgs 3 months me sirf 5 kg Kam hua .

      Yes you can I was 73 kg , with commitment to be fit I got to 50 kg and maintained it for 3 yr last year due to some emotional trauma I gained and reached at 62.5 kg I continue and started again . I reduced 5 kg in last 2 months I am 57 kg right now and very determined to get at 48 kg and I will . I am 5 feet and 31 yr old . All the best

    @bansalneha12 is quantified diet sustainable? What if I am traveling or on a vacation? I cant carry my scale all the time

      It is very much sustainable..As mentioned in the video the food items prescribed are normal food which is available no matter where you are travelling..You need not carry your scale on holidays..When you do the program for a long time,you can eyeball portion sizes…Also when I am travelling I make sure to complete my protein first and go easy on carbs and fats…holidays are meant for unwinding..Its ok to go a little out of track but I make sure to be back on track as soon as I reach my home…Its a lifestyle for me now…I am not chasing any number..I want to lead this new lifestyle as long as I am alive..Believe me it is the most sustainable diet you can be on..
