I am 5'4 77kgs wt. Weight is not going down. I have hypothyroidism. I eat pretty clean. Still trying, still doing gym. I know ki weight bhale Kam na ho it is benefiting me I know. I was 82 kgs 3 months me sirf 5 kg Kam hua .
I do have a little loose skin on my abs..other than that there’s not much of loose skin because I followed quantified diet and also did weight training along with it..Also I took my time losing the excess weight and lost it in the most healthy way possible…Hope that answers your question..

Yes you can I was 73 kg , with commitment to be fit I got to 50 kg and maintained it for 3 yr last year due to some emotional trauma I gained and reached at 62.5 kg I continue and started again . I reduced 5 kg in last 2 months I am 57 kg right now and very determined to get at 48 kg and I will . I am 5 feet and 31 yr old . All the best

It is very much sustainable..As mentioned in the video the food items prescribed are normal food which is available no matter where you are travelling..You need not carry your scale on holidays..When you do the program for a long time,you can eyeball portion sizes…Also when I am travelling I make sure to complete my protein first and go easy on carbs and fats…holidays are meant for unwinding..Its ok to go a little out of track but I make sure to be back on track as soon as I reach my home…Its a lifestyle for me now…I am not chasing any number..I want to lead this new lifestyle as long as I am alive..Believe me it is the most sustainable diet you can be on..
